Our team recently completed a full builders clean in West Beach, Adelaide, preparing a newly built home for handover. From fine construction dust to paint overspray and adhesive residue, every surface was brought up to a true handover standard ahead of the final walkthrough.
What we did:
Kitchen & fixtures
- Cupboards, drawers, and benchtops wiped inside and out to remove construction dust and residue
- Sink, tapware, and splashback degreased and polished to a streak-free finish
- Protective film and stickers removed from appliances and cabinetry
Windows, glass & frames
- All internal glass cleaned to remove paint overspray, stickers, and protective film residue
- Window frames, tracks, and sills detailed to clear builder's dust and sealant marks
- Mirrors and glass splashbacks polished streak-free
Floors & surfaces
- All floors vacuumed and mopped throughout to remove fine construction dust
- Skirting boards, architraves, and door frames wiped down room by room
- Light switches, power points, and door handles cleaned of dust, paint flecks, and fingerprints
Bathrooms & fittings
- Tiles, grout, and shower screens cleaned to remove cement haze and silicone smears
- Toilets, vanities, and tapware polished and sanitised
- Exhaust fans, vents, and accessible fixtures wiped down
