Why prices vary: A heavily plastered renovation with grout haze throughout takes significantly longer than a new build where trades have been clean. Dust penetration into joinery, number of wet areas, and floor types all affect the time — and therefore the cost. Our quote reflects what the job actually needs.

Common questions about how we price
Do you charge hourly or a fixed price?
Fixed price for all residential services — end-of-lease, regular cleaning, and carpet steam cleaning. Commercial services are quoted to your facility and fixed before we start. We don't use hourly rates because they create uncertainty. Your price is confirmed before we show up — not after.
Do you charge a call-out fee or travel surcharge?
No call-out fee and no travel surcharge within Adelaide metro. The fixed price quoted is what you pay — nothing added on arrival. For locations significantly outside metro Adelaide, we'll tell you upfront if any travel cost applies. It's rare — we cover the full Adelaide metropolitan area.
Is carpet steam cleaning included in an EOL clean?
No — carpet steam cleaning is a separate add-on. Most SA leases require a professional receipt. We can do both on the same visit, which is more efficient and usually cheaper than booking separately. Mention it when requesting your quote.
Can prices change after I've been quoted?
No. The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay. The only exception is if you request additional scope on the day that wasn't in the original quote — and any additions are agreed with you before we proceed. We never add charges without asking first.
How quickly can I get a quote?
Same-day response on all enquiries, seven days a week 7am–6pm. Residential quotes are usually confirmed within a few hours. For commercial services, we may ask a couple of questions about the facility first — still same-day in most cases. Call 1800 852 042 for urgent jobs.
Why don't you publish commercial prices?
Commercial cleaning depends on facility type, number of rooms, cleaning frequency, access requirements, and scheduling. A gym and a GP clinic are completely different jobs even if they're the same square metres. Publishing a generic rate would either be too high for simple jobs or too low for complex ones — so we quote each facility individually after a brief conversation.
