Subcontractor positions only. You operate under your own ABN and invoice CleanO Plus for completed work. You are not an employee — you set your availability, we match you to jobs that fit. Public liability insurance is required.

What the role involves
- Cleaning offices, medical facilities, and gym/fitness centres across Adelaide metro
- Following a written scope for each site — every job has a defined checklist
- Early morning starts (before 6am) and/or evening shifts after close of business
- Working independently at sites — unsupervised, self-directed, accountable
- Maintaining the same consistent standard on every visit — not just the first
What we need from you
- Active ABN — you operate as your own subcontracting entity
- Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience
- Police clearance (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
- Public liability insurance in your own name
- Reliable transport — sites are spread across Adelaide metro
- Own basic cleaning equipment and supplies (details on application)

Follow the scope — every time
Every job has a written checklist. You follow it. Consistently — not just on the first visit or when you think someone's watching.
Show up on time, every time
Commercial clients especially — if you're scheduled for 5am, you're there at 5am. Lateness at a facility that opens at 6am affects real people.
Communicate if something goes wrong
Equipment breaks, you're sick, something unexpected at site — call us. We can handle problems. We can't handle silence.
Respect client properties
Residential or commercial — you're in someone's home or business. Professional conduct, no shortcuts, no damage to property.
Subcontractor requirements — before you start
Active Australian Business Number (ABN) registered in your name
National Police Clearance — no older than 12 months
Public liability insurance — minimum $5M cover
Own reliable transport — Adelaide metro coverage
Own cleaning equipment and commercial-grade supplies
Capacity to invoice and manage your own GST (if registered)
Verifiable commercial or residential cleaning experience
Don't have police clearance yet? That's fine — you can obtain one through Australia Post. Processing time is typically 5–15 business days. We can discuss start date around this.
